Belgian international goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois moved in Madrid in 2011 on a three-year loan to Atlético and has been a permanent resident of the Spanish capital since 2018 with Real Madrid.
So much so that he just purchased a home that was previously owned by singer and actor Miguel Bosé, according to Semana media.
Thibaut Courtois acquired a residence in the Somosaguas area of Pozuelo de Alarcon. The estate spans 10,000 square meters and features a chicken coop, housing a 1,000 square meter dwelling. The two-story residence is named after the enterprise One TM Financials Investments, of which the Belgian doorman is the sole manager. In addition to an expansive living area and four bedrooms, it includes a gym, a sauna, and various other amenities. Outside, there is a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a spacious yard.
