Karim Benzema has been seen sporting some unusual timepieces.

The timepieces include a minor component that is a replica of the Ballon d’Or trophy, which makes them quite unique.

Purnell, a premium watch brand based in Switzerland, produces watches that range in price from €350,000 to €560,000. However, the Frenchman received them for free because, as of 2021, these watches have been given to all Ballon d’Or winners.

After an outstanding 2021–2022 season with Real Madrid, in which he played in 46 games and scored 44 goals and supplied 15 assists, Benzema was named the 2022 Ballon d’Or winner.

That season, the Whites won the Spanish Super Cup, La Liga, and the Champions League.
