Jude Bellingham, an English star, is building two £7 million homes in the West Midlands.
The 21-year-old star player for Real Madrid just bought a piece of land in Barnt Green, Worcestershire, which is a wealthy area.
In April last year, Bellingham and his mother, Denise, paid £825,000 for their Barnt Green plot.
People in the Midlands think the village is one of the nicest places to live. It also has two fancy country pubs and a cricket club.
Now, a five-bedroom, four-level house is said to be being built on Bellingham’s land, which used to be the yard of a house that has since been torn down.
The new building will have a basement with a movie theatre, swimming pool, sauna, gym, and an entertainment area with a bar.
Upstairs, there will be a living area with a big kitchen, five bedrooms with private bathrooms, two living rooms, and a snug.
At the same time, the same company is building a second five-bedroom house with similar plans on the site of the first house.
MailOnline says that Bellingham’s building is worth a huge £7 million altogether.
“The word on the street is that he’s buying one house for his parents and going to live in the other,” a woman who lives near the development told the news source. “I’m not really into football, but Bellingham is well known.”
“It’s a very wealthy area, and people here value their privacy,” said another neighbor. People don’t even blink when they see how many football players live in Barnt Green.
The Mail said that Bellingham wanted “to have a base in the country,” even though he lives and plays football in Spain.
Bellingham is not the only English football player who owns property in the Barnt Green area.
Prem stars There are also homes in the area owned by Ollie Watkins and Jack Grealish.
Barnt Green is also home to businesspeople like Ben Francis, the founder of Gymshark, and singer Jamelia.
Ron Atkinson, who used to manage Manchester United and Aston Villa, is said to live close.
It costs about £963,000 to buy a single house.
The great Bellingham played a big role in England’s run to the Euros final this summer. He plays for Real Madrid.
But he won’t be able to play at the beginning of England’s Uefa Nations League season because he’s been hurt for a month.
The news was shared by manager Carlo Ancelotti after being asked if Bellingham would be able to play in yesterday’s La Liga match against Real Valladolid.
The star player from Birmingham and Borussia Dortmund got 19 goals in his first season at Real Madrid.
