Helene Spilling, the beautiful girlfriend of Arsenal player Martin Odegaard, was seen wearing what looks like an engagement ring.

People saw them walking their dogs in London.

Odegaard wore jeans, a grey T-shirt, and a baseball cap. His partner wore pants and a black coat.

Helene had a gold band around her ring finger and hid her face with her hand, which made people think he might have asked her to marry him.

After the professional dancer hugged Odegaard on the pitch at the end of the 2022–23 season, they made it public on Instagram last summer.

In June, they shared a bunch of pictures of themselves, like ones of them lying in the sun and the Emirates tube.

But Helene hasn’t been in the news much since then, and she doesn’t show up on Odegaard’s social media pages very often.

In February, they posted a bunch of cute pictures of their new puppy curled up on the couch to show it off.

In one, the two were seen holding the dog and giving it care. Odegaard and Helene were also seen taking a picture by themselves with the dog.

Spilling is 27 years old, and Odegaard is 25. No one knows how long they’ve been dating.

She is a dancer who has been on Norway’s “Skal vi Danse,” which is like “Strictly Come Dancing.”

She came in first place in 2021.

Odegaard will try to build a team at Arsenal that can beat Manchester City and break their grip on the Premier League title.

Mikel Merino will be working in the engine room with the captain. To pay for the move, the Gunners are looking to let go of players.

Fans said in April that Odegaard is “winning on and off the pitch” after his beautiful wife danced in the seats after Arsenal beat Chelsea.

The midfielder was in great shape as the Gunners beat their London rivals 5-0 at the Emirates.
